PA66 is produced by polymerization Adipic Acid and HMDA. It has normally physical chemistry character as follow; strong wear resistance, chemical resistance, heat-cold resistance, impact resistance and adhesive property.
PA66 is possible to apply from general industrial property to use for food while contracting directly. Especially, PA66 has high melting point than PA6 and thus wide application range.

  • AH salt aqueous solution that is qualified to reduce or control the HMDA loss.
  • Law molecular weight compound polymerization under the condition of getting the equal molecular weight.
  • Polymerization of pre-polymer that has equal number average molecular weight, distribution of Normal MW, NH3 of No response of equal concentration, the final
    molecular weight as much as it want.
  • Polymer have to be prevent disassemble by minimizing the exposure to oxygen and high temperature.
