PolyNtech introduces XILON® the innovative PA substitute PA 66 for producing cable ties. In the cable tie industry, PA 66 has been widely used for producing cable ties. Recently, the cable ties industry has been faced limitation ofimbalance between supply and demand. Thus the significant problem has caused an insecure PA66 market, and it has been causing a price jump. Hence, PolyNtech Co., Ltd. ha developed a particular polymer.

​ XILON 701 NC01 is known as Nano Nylon Polymer Composites. PolyNtech Co. Ltd develops XILON with unique techniques independently. The modified Nano-clay and Caprolactam are incorporated by Special Polymerization technique thus original clay of laminated structure presents Nano-level dispersion state in Nylon 6 composite substrate. Material advantages can be featured Desirable hardness, Strength, and Fast injection molding cycle time.
