Recently, the cable ties industry has been faced limitation ofimbalance between supply and demand. Thus the significant problem has caused an insecure PA66 market, and it has been causing a price jump. Hence, PolyNtech Co., Ltd. ha developed a particular polymer.
XILON 701 NC01 is known as Nano Nylon Polymer Composites. PolyNtech Co. Ltd develops XILON with unique techniques independently. The modified Nano-clay and Caprolactam are incorporated by Special Polymerization technique thus original clay of laminated structure presents Nano-level dispersion state in Nylon 6 composite substrate. Material advantages can be featured Desirable hardness, Strength, and Fast injection molding cycle time.
